1 General Terms
6rwin is an international-standard online gaming and betting platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services available on the 6rwin website and mobile application.
By registering or using 6rwin's services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 6rwin.

6rwin reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion, particularly if the information provided appears false or fraudulent. For account verification (KYC), 6rwin may request proof of identity, proof of address, or other documents at any time.
Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your sole responsibility. If you share your password with anyone, you will be held liable for all activity on your account.
Registering with false information will result in permanent account termination and all balances may be forfeited.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
6rwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following rules apply to all bonuses:
- Each bonus has its own specific Wagering Requirement available.
- Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from a bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.
- You may not claim another bonus while an existing bonus is still active.
- Bonus claims from multiple accounts sharing the same household, address, or IP address are not permitted.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
- 6rwin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

- All game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

- Collusion: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by colluding with other players.
- Cheating Software: Use of bots, auto-betting software, or any other automated tools.
- Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through 6rwin.
- Chargeback: Filing a chargeback through a bank or payment provider after a deposit has been made.
- Underage Registration: Creating or operating an account while under 18 years of age.
If fraud or deception is detected, all balances in the relevant account will be forfeited and, where necessary, the matter will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
7 Account Closure, Suspension & Termination
6rwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without cause. Action may be taken against an account in the following circumstances, among others:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If account information is found to be false or misleading.
- If KYC verification fails or required documents are not submitted.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected.
- If an account is accessed from a prohibited country or region.
You may also request account closure at any time by contacting the 6rwin support team. Please ensure all valid balances are withdrawn before your account is closed.
8 Responsible Gaming Policy

10 Changes to Terms & Communications
